Return & Refund
At Urban Synthetics, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or accidental orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll make it right.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or replacement requests only if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The item received is different from what you ordered
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo evidence of the issue.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
Email us at urbansynthetics@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photo(s) showing the damage, defect, or wrong item
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to send the item back.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Shipping delays outside our control
Please double-check your size and design selections before placing your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
